A meet with Chagan Bhujbal, Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra

Last Month I got an opportunity to meet Mr. Chagan Bhujabal, the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra at his official residence Ramtek in Mumbai. Generally I avoid to meet any political leader. But one fine morning, one of my best friend, Mr. Pramod Pednekar who is quite close to him put me in a cab and took me to Ramtek. And my experience was certainly not bad.

His residence was flooded with people who came to meet him from different parts of Maharshtra and beyond that too. Mr. Bhujbal was trying hard to entertain every guest personally. People were constantly coming till will leave Ramtek.

In spite of his busy schedule he spent a sufficiant time with me. He showed a keen interest in my program on positive attitude, 'B Positive'. He was agree with me on a point that in todays life each and every person, from a student to political leaders and from house wives to office goers needs to have positive attitude. In fact those who know his life journey are aware that he himself is a best example of positive attitude and enthusiasam. I have decided to invite him as a special guest for my next show in Mumbai. He has happily agreed too.

A SESSION ON POSITIVE ATTITUDE IN RCF (Rashtriy Chemical & Fertilisers)

Productivity week is being celebrated every year from 12th to 18th feb, to enhance productivity and create alertness about its all aspects. This year I had been invited by RCF (Rashtriy Chemicals & Fertilisers) at their Thal Plant to give a lecture on 'Positive attitude and Productivity'.
Whatever may be the advance infrastructure applied, the best package and facilities given to the employees, the finest machinery installed..... it all fails to improve the productivity unless the hands and brains working behind them do have willingness and instinct to work.
My lecture was attended by Mr. B.B.Prasad (GM- Tech) alongwith a number of senior management executives, officers, staff and other employees. I was successfully able to convince the audience about its importance; and all of them were overwhelmed at the end. The audience expressed the will for few more such type of lectures in the near future, to motivate them.

Here are some of the photographs and acknowledgment letter sent by GM (Tech). Thanks to Mr. B.B.Prasad and all other members who made the session successful. Special thanks to Mr. Abhay Zemse, Addl CE (MS), who rightly judged the need of such session for the people and introduced me to RCF.

Pune University MBA students gathering (PUMBA)

Recently I got an opportunity to attend as a chief guest, Dhruv 10, the annual festival of Pune University MBA students, (PUMBA).

It was a nicely arranged mindblowing event, full of energy and spirit. It made me nostalgic and took back in my college days. Obviously techonolgy and the concepts were not refined like todays, but the spirit was equally same.

I take motivating lectures for different establishments and colleges. However I must confess that that evening spent with PUMBA students motivated me for the next few months.

A cheerful audience....energetic participants....fragrance of joy...spirit in the air...a lot of creativity....
lagta tha is raat ki koi subah na ho....!
